Cannot encode RealAudio and RealVideo using RealPlayer

Hi Simon,
The error is because the extensions of the RealAudio and RealPlayer are different.
The solution to it is:
1) Open the 'Control Panel'
2) Set the extension system values to 7.5.x or 8.0.x
3) Restart the computer. Rebuild the desktop when the system restarts by holding the option and command keys
4) Select 'Open Location' from File menu in RealAudio and RealPlayer.Enter the official web address for services.
5) The files are with extension .rm, .ra extensions and can be encoded in RealAudio and RealPlayer
