Greetings to everyone. I had a problem when I was running quartus2 and nios2eds in windows. I can’t create a new Nios II application and BSP from template. It was showing an error message:
unable to create project
Reason:
Failed to execute: ./create-this-app –no-make
chmod: changing permissions of `.': Permission denied
chmod: changing permissions of `./create-this-app': Permission denied
I will be grateful if someone fixes it.

Run SBT as administrator(right clock on the short cut) . After the installation, you need to set up also the license. And the system requirements for that is 6 Gbytes of additional hard drive is needed because you are going to install 3 packages. The Quartus, Altera Megacore IP and Nios 11 IDE. And packages must be installed in order , first is the Quartus, followed by altera Megacore Ip and Nios 11 IDE. and you should not change the default location of these packages. They should be in one path. They should also be installed in the same version.
When the installer of Nios 11 is almost finish, if it will ask, shortcut on your desktop, click Yes, because it is in the shortcut  right clock where you are going to solve the problem.
