What are the system requirements for Far Cry2?

I’m sorry to tell you but Far Cry 2 is not compatible with Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit patches. This information is based from the software publisher itself. Far Cry 2’s minimum system requirements are the following:
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz or faster.
RAM:Â 1Gb for Windows XP, 2Gb for Windows Vista.
VRAM: NVidia 6800 or ATI X1650 or better VGAs at least 256Mb, DirectX 10.0(compliant VCard) or DirectX 9.0c(VCard with Shader Model 3.0+)
DX: DirectX 9.0c.
Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound cards, latest drivers.
ODD: DVD-ROM.
Network: fast and reliable internet connection for multiplayer.Â
Can I play Far Cry 2 on a Win7 64bit computer?
Unfortunately till to date Far Cry 2 is not compatible with windows 7, but we know that every developer wants to have more of the customers for his developed software.
We hope the Far Cry 2 developing team will launch new edition of Far Car 2 which will be compatible with windows 7, because now a days most of the people are using Window 7 as their operating system.
But you have to wait till new edition arrives.

Unfortunately for you Far Cry 2 is not compatible with Windows 7 32 or 64 bit. It is compatible with older versions of Windows like XP and Vista though I wouldn't recommend you to change your operating system just for a game but still its entirely up to you.
