Unable to enumerate DirectDraw devices error

Hello,

I have this error caused by DirectDraw and is closing all my apps. I don’t know how to solve it and what is the main problem. Can anyone help me to fix this Fatal Error ? Can you please tell me what is causing this error so I can prevent this ?

A fatal error has occurred and the app must shut down.

Unable to enumerate any DirectDraw devices installed on this system.

[Note: This error can occur if another application has exclusive control of the display. For example, NetMeeting’s desktop sharing feature may be enabled or you are trying to run this app through a remote desktop in Windows XP or Terminal Server. It can also occur if your hardware does not support 3D acceleration or if your device driver does not properly support DirectX7.]

Hi Bobbye,

It means that the application is not compatible with the specifications of your computer. Or the feature of this application does not support your operating system or directX. You can update your directX to the latest version. If the problem still occurs, you video card should replace by other because this kind of application need high video card and also directX.
