Currently, we have no way of Determining that the advertisement through internet are posted there just for the sake of lying to other people since it always depends on the people if they will grab the opportunity that being advertise. However, we have legal actions to those who scams or proven guilty to be a fraudulent. What I could advise you is for you to review first the website and check for other people who says they are earning big time through that website. If ever you have found a website that proves to be guilty then you must be secure all the proof and you must know who handle that website prior on filing a case.
