I am getting the following error message running my specs and spent a huge part of time to find the cause of this error but I was unable to find the exact reason.
Can I get the proper resolution to fix this problem?
I am looking for an expert’s advice.

You did not mention from what program Bloody Rose came from or was it a tool to analyze the computer. Searching the web for “Bloody Rose” results to different things and it’s hard to point which is which. If this is a computer game you are playing, check again if it supports your operating system.
It is an internal error generated in the program which is sometimes caused by the interaction of the program to the user and the operating system. Try closing it and then start it up again and see what happens. If this doesn’t work, restart your computer and open it again. If still nothing happens, try reinstalling it.
Click Start, Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs. Select your program or game from the list then hit Remove and then continue with the removal. Once removed, restart your computer, and then install it again. This will restore all its files back to default. Check if you can use it now. Another possible reason is an unsupported operating system.
This happens when you upgraded your operating system like for example you are using Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 when the program was still working and then you upgraded your platform to Service Pack 3, this can surely cause compatibility issue especially if the program can only support up to Service Pack 2.
If this happens, your chance of fixing it is to upgrade it to the latest version. Visit the program’s home page then download the latest version.
