There are many Samsung Android phones in the market which start from a low rang to high range. The best Samsung Android phone in my opinion is Samsung l9100G Galaxy S II. This phone is totally awesome with 4.3 inches LCD. The internal memory of this phone is 16 GB and have 1 GB RAM. You can use memory card up to 32 GB in this phone.

The primary camera of the phone is of 8 Mega Pixels with LED flash and secondary camera is 2 Mega Pixels. The Android version of this phone is 2.3.4 (Gingerbread). The phone has Dual-Core 1.2 GHZ processor.

It also has GPU PowerVR SGX540.

This Samsung Phone is equipped with all the latest technology.

I will recommend you Samsung L9100G Galaxy S II.
