How do I deploy with AWS cloud information which has automated server templates provisioning that be done to right  scale used by AWS?

What are you trying to do here? If you want to restrict user permissions and access then you have to take care of the rights that you need to restrict.

Make sure that you have the admin rights of the system.

As this is based on Amazon services, it must be pretty obvious that you cannot change the things that are pre installed in it. You can also try contacting the AWS customer support.

It is not like the other systems that are open source and you can make changes in them.

Also make sure that you have all the backup of things before doing anything that would risk the files you have in your AWS.
