How can I automatically insert my email signature into every new mail that I am composing in outlook express every time. The method I am currently using to insert the signature is to right click on the red x, selecting properties and then go to the source of image in which it is located in the computer. Is there any way to use automated function to insert signature?

Yes, you can setup your email to be automatically on the email you are creating.
You just need to create a signature first by Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures > Email Signature and create the signature.
Once you are done, the new signature would be on your list of signatures on the left side of the window. You can then choose the signature on the left side to be included when you create new messages and also set it for replies/forwards. You just need to select the signature from the drop down menu. Once you are done, just click on ok then ok again.
