Android Software Update Failure (2.1)

Hello !

Two days ago I decided to upgrade my android software device.  When I connected to the internet a message popped up informing me that I can now upgrade to Android 2.1 from my official provider (orange).  I started the update. After a few minutes, my android software booted up and I thought I am ready to use my phone ago. I was dearly wrong. There was no touch-sense working. The sensor control as well as my volume button weren't mapped properly. I couldn't use it at all. Now I am stuck with my phone without possibly using it. Do you know any way in which I can map the buttons and touch-sense myself ? Also, do you happen to know if I can rollback to my previous version where I had no problems using it ?

Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing a solution

Hi,

First clean your phone from virus and spyware. Install an antivirus program in your phone and scan it. Remove all viruses. Also scan your phone’s memory card from virus. You may take help from computer.

Try to repair the phone using SEUS. SEUS is software. It is helpful for this type of phones. But before you do it just make sure first that all antivirus program and other application on your computer are not running that time. And switch off your phone.

Now repair your phone. After repair your phone try to update this phone now. SEUS allow you to update phone with switch off mode.

its problem of your device software

what is your phone model ?

what is your phone model ? what you can do is you can download original android O/S from web and you can manually flush your device and after it may work. are you sure that your phone model is supported android 2.1  edition ? you can contact your phone service provider if you are under the warranty. if you don't have that option you can flush your O/S and you can reinstall it .didn't you try android market. there are  some software which you can take backup of your system. you shouldn't have used it. you can download custom and original ROMs ( O/S wich suitable for your phone model )  from XDA developer forum. they are the professional. you can visit that site and create account for more. everything you need you will find there. you can restore your O/S

please download and use Titanium backup in future, you backup your data with the support of it

you  need to have data cable, android SDK, .Net frame work to begin the process of restoring
