Allowing visitors to View Outlook Calendar

I am wondering if there is some way that you can allow someone apart from those on your company’s network to view your Outlook Calendar and enable them to book an appointment with you.

This is because I am looking to hire a number of people over this month and would like to book more than twenty calls with interviewees weekly using my Outlook. For convenience purposes I would like these individuals to first view my free times in my Outlook Calendar in that particular week before proposing a time for the interview.

Using email to set an interview time has been tough as it involves a lot of time sending and receiving messages till you agree on a convenient time for both of you.

If there is any program that will enable me to achieve this please let me know.

I have good news for you. When I read your inquiry about letting someone view your Outlook Calendar in order for your visitors to see your free time what I did was search Microsoft’s website.

From there, I have learned that as a site owner you can actually control who can access your site, who can work with its content, and who can do changes to its pages and functionalities.

They actually have a page dedicated for this kind of concern which can help you with your concern, and even give you some tips on how to determine who should be given permission to access your site so that you will not have a hard time in making sure that your appointments will not overlap especially if what you intend to do is be able to interview people you’d like to hire in the future.

Let me give you the website so that you can browse through it and hopefully you’ll be able to do as you wish with your Outlook Calendar.

The website you need to go.

Hi,

Yes this is possible to share your calendar with the people who are not in your network. Microsoft provides this feature by publishing your calendar over Office.com and makes it easy for others to use them. But this feature will be ending in April, 2014. You simply login to your account Publish your calendar Invite others to view it. Google calendar also has this feature.
