  • There are many reasons for happening this. May be your application files are corrupted with virus. So uses updated antivirus software and clean all viruses that you have. Then run a pc cleaner for cleaning your pc. Then use data recovery software for recover those corrupted files.
  • Other option is uninstalling all software that causing problem and reinstall them again. If you have so many damaged application programs then it will be better that you may uninstall the windows and reinstall it again.
  • Also you can try to install update for those corrupted software. Update will overwrite corrupted files and repair them

I think the problem here is when you transferred the program to a Mac Operating System. Like you said it is working perfectly on Windows platform and it just act like that when you installed it in a Mac operating system. So there is the problem. The version of Adobe Photoshop you have is not that compatible with the Mac. You did not have any problems when you are installing it. But the error appeared on the time when you are about to use it. Some components of the program are conflicting with the operating system.

If you really want to use Adobe Photoshop on a Mac, search the internet for a version that is compatible with Mac OS. Or else, just return it back to where it was before, in Windows platform.

Dear,

Thanks for asking.

This problem has many reasons behind it.

Check that you have registered your Photoshop tool correctly.

Check that you have the correct image format that you are going to retouch.

The retouch plug-in is working well; sometimes the plug-in became problematic and does not work as it should do.

You have to check these things that I have told you above.

If you see that the problem is the same then try to reinstall adobe Photoshop on a different location.

I hope you will overcome this problem.

Thanks
