Hello,

I am getting the following error message trying to render 1920 x 1080 24fps comp with the render cue as an H.264 1920 X 1080 24fps file but it gives me this pop up as you can see below. Now I am looking for a solution to fix this issue. I really need an expert’s advice so suggest me in a proper way. Thanks.

Hi,

Go to the place where you set the video codec, checkmark the stretch box below and set the height & width settings same as that of the adobe encoder settings.

Change only a few settings as required like resolution, keeping presets intact.

The sample picture shows typical settings (H264 video type) which can be changed:

Try increasing the profile level, it should work for avi and mp4 format.

If you are rendering your video with Adobe Media Encoder using the h.264 codec, see if the level you are using for your screen size or screen resolution is correct. In h.264 or when encoding with h.264, you need to set the correct level for the target screen size. See the following list for the levels and their corresponding screen size:

  • Level 1 – 128 x 96 and 176 x 144
  • Level 1b – 128 x 96 and 176 x 144
  • Level 1.1 – 176 x 144, 320 x 240, and 352 x 288
  • Level 1.2 – 320 x 240 and 352 x 288
  • Level 1.3 – 320 x 240 and 352 x 288
