Here's a problem, that you can help me resolve. One of my Customers is using QB Pro 2011 and it was working properly for months. But one day she was trying to open a company after closing the current company, the system got hanged. Only change happened in the system is the updating of McAfee AV.
I have found 131 malware applications, which had pointed to a coupon program and that is removed by ‘Malwarebytes’. I am using Dell I5 which is having 4GB Memory and running with Microsoft Windows 7 Pro. I also cleaned up the system. Please guide me to solve this problem as the system is working like a server in the office and all files are saved in that system.
