On trying to start the configuration wizard in SharePoint 2010, I faced the error message as follows:
"Failed to create the configuration database. An exception of type System. InvalidOperationException was thrown. Additional exception information: This implementation is not part of the windows platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms"
What should I do to resolve this error? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello experts
After upgrading to Vista, I am configuring my IE7 add-ons. I configured it like how I did it in IE6. But then I am facing an error; IE7 randomly shuts down. I don’t want to reinstall Vista. Should I just uninstall IE7 and reinstall it? Would that solve the problem?

Hello, I am in need of someone to lend a hand with some problems currently I am facing. Although I can save some files on my machine during downloading software yet at the step of "run", I face this error message: "the file is corrupt, damaged, missing, damaged media or incomplete download. I am also having this problem on trying to update Norton.”

We have installed a new patch VSE 8.8 patch 1 on server 2003 but after restarting the computer, the on-demand scanner stops working. This is included in the log description:

Last week, I downloaded Audacity 1.3.9 and up until now it is not functioning properly. Absolutely nothing happens whenever I click on the icon on my desktop. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it again but to no avail. I think some components of the program can be found throughout the computer. Can anyone please help me? I don’t know what to do.
I experienced a POP error with my mail client. I am opening my Microsoft email and this message pops up. The cause is not clear to me so I can’t figure out how to solve it. My mail Post office Protocol is having problems delivering or downloading emails. I would like to ask for some suggestions on how to resolve POP errors. I could not just let this error stay here for long.

Hello, I have a HP dv6000 laptop (yes, it was trash) and i just renewed the motherboard with a secondhand one after having the graphics fail on the original because of the habitual overheating of the CV. Hi. I would like to know if anybody here is familiar with configuring a fax modem set up on a SBS Server 2003. I would like to set a schedule on the usage of the fax modem – no sending between 8pm to 8am. In the console there is an option ‘Discount Rate Hours’ which will only allow sending of faxes marked ‘Discount Rate Only’ during hours with discounted rates. We are using outlook for our faxes. The process is as follows: Users send a message to a ‘Business Fax’ contact using the fax mail transport, which sends the fax to a shared fax modem that is on our servers. Thanks.
