A friend recently suggested that I add the Snippets plug in to my Notepad++. I was able to install it easy enough, but now am not sure what to do with it. How does it work? Will this give me more available characters?

Instant Access OCR pop up message

Whenever I click my instant access OCR this pop up message comes out.

And yes I also keep on sending it out to report it to Microsoft nothing happens, it is becoming bothersome.

What to do about it?
