Synchronization has failed in Sage ACT! 2012

This is the error I found with Sage ACT! 2012 "Synchronization has failed.  Cannot insert duplicate key row in object sys.syscommittab with unique index 'si_xdes_id'.  I cannot even check the error log since it’s terminated. What can I do?

Some prerequisites of MATP 5.5 not found while installing Office 2010 RTM

Hello.

I tried to install Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit 5.5 with Office 2010 RTM (Bulgarian) edition. 

But then I am getting the following error. 

Please see below.

Installation stops from proceeding.

I don't understand why the installation still "talk" about "Office 2010 RC" on the Prerequisites when RTM was out...

Please help me out. I keep get an error dialog boxes in several programs in my computer.
