I have Dell Latitude E6400 which was running on Ubuntu 13.04, recently I have updated to Ubuntu 13.10 and it won't shut down completely, it gets stuck on shutting down screen and am forced to manually switch it off, what could  be causing this? How do I correct it?

I have Samsung Note 3 N9005 LTE 4G, my problem is every time I am connected to the internet for like 20 minutes, the screen will freeze then I lose network connection, I have checked the settings and everything looks okay. Factory reset is not helping at all, the battery is also getting very hot during internet browsing, what is the problem and how can I solve this?

I am using Windows Vista and would like to remove FireFox from my PC. I tried to uninstall it by going in the Add/Remove programs section, the pop up box appeared saying the program was being uninstalled but it did not. Please tell me how to uninstall FireFox from my PC? I dont want to remove any personal data and customizations, so pleased tell me such a way that this data remains intact. Thanks

A few of the apps that have been preinstalled in my phone are of no use to me and they are taking up memory space. Is it possible to uninstall them or remove them from the phone?How can this be done? Extra apps like a few games, movie software which I never use, weather app, e.t.c, I tried deleting them but a message appears saying that other apps will not function properly if this be removed.
