I just bought my new ZyXEL USB Wireless Adapter. But it's not plug and play. Where can I find ZyXEL installing software for my USB Wireless Adapter. Please help me out?

 I always advise to download drivers and updates from manufacturers site directly. This is the best way to ensure maximum compatibility and virus-free files. You should visit ZyXEL website
Once you are there, scroll to Wireless Adapter section to download your required driver.
 
Before downloading, you must know your Wireless Adapter model name. It should be indicated on Wireless Adapter itself. Try to look closely and you should find it just finely. Also, you can try looking for your model name on the package itself. It should be indicated there.
