Zoho CRM Opposing VTiger and MS Dynamics

Hi Experts! I just want to ask if someone can sum up the good and bad side of Zoho CRM as opposed to VTiger or MS Dynamics. This is for company use but since we do not have an IT Professional here, we will be needing a simple set up and minimal supervision. We also added iPhone and iPad in our mobile long term services. Any help and ideas will best appreciated. Thank you.

Zoho CRM Opposing VTiger and MS Dynamics

Let me just give you a brief introduction what CRM stands for, it's a short term for Customer Relation Management which defines as an orderly and organized scheme in best handling client's and customer's partnership towards a successful organization. Overall Zoho, vTiger and MS dynamics softwares have similar goals and its plan on effective ways to attract and maintain customer or clients, track marketing agendas, monitor and visualize trends , make accurate reports or just be connected wherever you are using mobile devices or gadgets. What will make the biggest difference is the preferences which are necessary and profiles that can be eliminated. Nevertheless, you can always have a free trial by visiting their websites and check what is most compatible for you and your business.
