Youtube won’t show videos only sound

Asked By 0 points N/A Posted on -

I have an LG G2 phone and I cannot use YouTube in it. I mean I can use but the videos wont show in You Tube only sound is played and that's all. I thought that the slow internet may be the cause but the problem is same in an average and fast network too. The problem occurred after the last update of You Tube on my android phone. Is the update corrupt or my phone didn't handle the new update? Please I want to see a lot of videos on You Tube.

This is a common problem for many LG G2 users.

You can check the time zone settings where they are properly configured or not. It may be helpful for this issue.

You may get more information regarding G2 customer problems where youtube is one of them:

Your LG G2 Smartphone is running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and if you encountered a problem on the YouTube app after updating the application, the problem is probably with the app itself because a lot of people are complaining with several problems after updating. Try deleting the app from your phone and then download the latest YouTube App again from the Google Play Store.

See if it works. If this doesn’t work and you still have problems with the app, try downloading the old version from YouTube Previous Versions then see which one works.
