Your copy of parallels server is not activated

Hi guys

I have been trying to connect my parallels server the bare metal node through my parallels management console but when I try to connect it, I get an error on the screen. the screenshot of the error is as follows:

The message states:

Parallels management Console

Your copy of the parallels server is not activated.

You will not be able to start virtual machines and start updates until you activate the parallels server. If you have a valid activation key, click activation product. You can find the activation key in the product box from a retail store or in the email conforming your online purchase. Otherwise, purchase a permanent activation key or

obtain a free trial activation key.

Activate Product Later

My server is already activated , then why am I getting this message. Can anyone please shed some light on this issue? I'll be really obliged and looking forward to your help.
