Yahoo Password Problem – Cannot reset it

Hello!

Yesterday night I was facing on my Yahoo Messenger when suddenly it closed down. I tried to reconnect but nothing happened. I plugged out and in my internet cable connection but still could not connect. I then went to my e-mail but couldn't login. It  redirected me to my profile. I tried to change my password but there was this error: "Sorry, your password can’t be reset online (9024), for security reasons we require you to contact Customer Care ". Did any of you have the same problem with this? How did you solve it? I can't create a new e-mail address because this is where all my business related e-mails are placed!

Yahoo Password Problem – Cannot reset it

Your Yahoo ID might be infiltrated or something else. Somebody accessed your email unauthorizedly or you might be facing an internet problem. Sometimes the internet connection of your PC has lost the connection. The connection of your internet might have some problem. You can solve your problem by checking your connection settings. You can check it by browsing other sites. If it is ok, then your Yahoo Messenger might have some problems.  Re-install it and try to install the latest version of your Yahoo Messenger.  You can also  go to a cyber cafe or another PC having Yahoo Messenger and try to log in.

I think, this will solve your problem.

Yahoo Password Problem – Cannot reset it

Hi!

You have to  reset password in Yahoo. If you can not change your password in your account,  then try something different.  Log-out from your account,  then go to the Option– Forgot Password. They will ask you for security question.  Answer it and then they will ask for recovery email address. Give it to them. Then log-in the secondary email address and open a mail  sent by Yahoo group. Here you will find a link. Go to this link and then you can find an option to reset password. Give the new password for second time.
