XP Home import operating system error

Hello Guys! I am trying to import new OS from a source file and I am using MDT (Microsoft Deployment ToolKit) for it. When I am working with Windows XP Professional, all is fine but when I try XP Home Edition I end up with the error attached here. I am  using MDT 2010.  How can I fix this problem?

In order to add an operating system, all the files for that operating system need to be copied to the

deployment share. Specify the location of these files (typically a CD drive).

Hi,

Such an error could be as a result of memory that is not able to contain the OS that you are trying to import and can be easily fixed by increasing memory in your xp home edition. Note that when you use windows xp you do not have errors but when using your home edition then the error occurs. Check also that your system that is you xp home edition is able to carry out that importation without seeing it as a heavy load therefore causing errors. Update all drives because this could be the cause of unexplained errors. Use the Microsoft's report error software to find out more about the error.

You need to check that you are using a valid drive and drive spec for this process. There are two types of devices on our computer called the NTFS and FAT devices you need to check that on what kind of device you are running to make this change. Also check you disk first and make that error free you can do this by going to START and then to RUN and then in RUN window type the cmd and then press enter. After you have cmd window then you can type chkdsk and it will run a system check on your disk and will make it error free you can do the same on all of your devices to make them error free and i am sure that you will be able to solve your problem.
