XenApp 6 Failed to Login Error: CLFRJ0010E Notes Initialization Failed

Good day, everyone!

I am currently having an application error via XenApp 6 on Windows XP, and I keep on receiving the following error message:

IBM Lotus Notes

"Failed to login

CLFRJ0010E: Notes initialization failed".

Is it already possible to use Technote from IBM on this instead of Lotus Notes?

I used Windows 7 rcplauncher.exe on my desktop computer. Could this be related to the problem being told about the yarn?

Please help me out with this problem.

Thank you very much!

Cause:  The issue is caused by the probable corruption of nnotes.dll file.A primitive copy of nnotes.dll is present on the system. If it does exists on the system it will be used by the application.

Resolution: To search for nnotes.dll in the entire systems. The said dll file must be located somewhere in the system; hence all the drives must be searched to find the same. Once the file is found right click on the same and rename it to nnotes.old

This would created new notes.ini and would fix the issue.

This is a known defect in Lotus Notes 8 and has been fixed in Lotus Notes 8.5.1
