Writing XLM Macro in Excel

Hi Andrei,

Since you write the excel macro from excel 4 to ms excel 2007, you will use the procedure for importing xml as external data, whereby you will use the xml data import command.

The following is the procedure that will help you go about this:

On the ms excel data tab, go to the external data group, and when there click on 'from other services' option. Next click on from 'xml data import'

Hoping that your operating system is windows 7 or vista, go to the address bar and click the folder, internet location or whichever destination where xml data file is stored-is should be having the .xml extension.

Choose the option whether to import the xml table in an existing worksheet or a new one.

The contents of the file will be successfully embedded in the excel table.
