Would I get a new one if I’ve forgotten avg app password?

I have forgotten avg app password and I would like to redeem a new one if possible or in case should I ask them to resend the password to me?

I am going to use this app in my mobile phone.

Hi King Lopezs,

Don’t be worried. You might have registered your AVG software. If it is not, then register your product first with your email ID. If you have registered online already, then just log in at https://support.avg.com on your help and support account with your email and password and then you will find your options listed there. If you have forgotten the account password, then click on "forgot password? Click here" link below the password text input box.

Then they will ask you to provide your mail ID. You should give them the mail ID by which your specific product is registered. Then the system will automatically send you the new password or a password setup link to your mail to reset a new password.

Now just type your desired password and it’s all done.
