I have a website that sells my products which I also plan to advertise on eBay which are displayed via JavaScript. Will Google read it as a duplicate content? And would a duplicate content ebay affect my PR?

Hello there, 

Yes ebay is strict with duplicate ad in their website.

Once they found out that you have duplicate ads they will automatically remove these ads and you will be submitted to other violations which may cause to suspension and sometimes even account removal.

Make sure that you do not create duplicate ads on ebay, and happy shopping.

Yes, If you really are conscious about your Performance Rating in eBay.

Avoid any Duplicate listings.

Not only that this will be removed eBay it will also affect your Performance Ratings. 

Ebay is doing their best to have all duplicate listings removed to ensure that members are in a safe-buying environment.
