Anyone agree with me that Windows XP is the best OS for gaming? For me, yes, because for many years as an avid gamer I only use Windows XP for this is lighter compare to other OS and also it is user-friendly to the user. So, it is convenient to use. Post your comments. 🙂

Yes i agree with you. Because when we compared with current hardware today also XP have a remarkable place. But Microsoft gonna end customer support for XP in  Feb  2014. It means that after 2014 Feb there will be no patches. Security updates, critical updates from Microsoft for XP. If we don't have security patches and other critical updates we will not able to use it because  of security vulnerabilities and other software may not support it. No comments to say that XP is the Best for games. But don't worry 7 will take the place from another few months. Because current processors and other hardware are fully capable of handling load of data. Cheer up.!!! And think we have many TetraGigs hard disks we need to fill it with data.

No, I don't agree with you because of Windows XP limitations. Windows XP is an operating system that can be access easily. I am a student that studies about modifying software and my teacher can easily access Windows XP anonymously. He used to give us exercises on how we, his students can access Windows XP unauthorizedly. If we, as a student can easily access it with just a few minutes then what more can a professional do to access XP easily. And if you taking the point that Window XP is more user friendly then what about Windows 7 it is more easy and more user friendly. Thanks for asking. Hope you will get my point.

I do not agree with you Technicalgeek bro. We are not judging the OS (XP) on security level. The whole point is about gaming. Yes right Windows 7 is more user friendly and has better graphical elements but it doesn't support as many games as XP. The list is so long of which game runs smooth on XP and doesn't on Windows 7. If this is all about gaming then XP is the best.
