Windows Shows Error Code 0x7e During Installation

I have a Windows PC. I am trying to install a software on my computer. When I attempt to install it, I obtain the error code 0x7e on the screen. I cannot install the software. What might be the problem? Please help.

Windows Shows Error Code 0x7e During Installation

Try any one of the solutions below.

1. Run the Windows Registry check and repair all the registry errors.

2. If you have an antivirus, run a complete scan of your computer. Restart your computer and then try to install the software.

3. Delete all the temporary files and folders from your computer and clear the system cache.

4. Update the system drivers.

5. Open the command prompt in administrator mode and perform a file check using the command “sfc /scannow”
