Dear friend,
This is happened due to an error of your registry setting
Just do as followsgo search box in the start button and type regedit and press enter.
It will open the registry editor of your computer ( note you may need to have administrator privileges to gain access to the regedit
Navigate to key called  HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftSQMClientWindowsDisabledSessions.

Windows installer stopped working on uninstalling Windows 7 Profile
Hello JhonDenver,
This problem is most likely to be as a result of corrupt installation files, for that reason the first solution will be for you to run a 'windows installer cleanup utility'.
This utility will remove the corrupt installation files so that you will be able to continue with your uninstallation.
Alternatively, in Run, type a command, "services.msc" and click OK, in the services list,
Look for windows installer, and check on the status, if it's not started, right click on it and then click on start. change the startup type to manual in case you get an error message.
Restart your PC and the problem will get solved.
