ERROR_CREATE FAILED 1631 The Windows Installer service failed to start. Contact your support personnel.

I was installing Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition. The installation failed and an error message came: Error 1631: The Windows Installer service failed to start. Contact your support personnel. Internal Error 2755: Please contact product support for assistance. Failed to connect to server 0x0080005.

The installation stops when the error message comes.

What is wrong with it?

Hello, my suggestion is to check the compatibility issues and requirements of the Norton antivirus corporate edition.. maybe this error conflict with antivirus requirements, you can check it using this link.

I have the same scenario before, then i try to fixed it by checking the computer requirements of the software want to install.. I hope it can help.
