Windows Installer Package Error on Vista

I am receiving error on Windows Vista stating that:

There is problem with this window installer package.

A program required for this install to complete could be run.

Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

How can I resolve it?

Windows Installer Package Error on Vista

Hi,

What program were you trying to install?

If you were installing a fresh copy of vista

You may have to re-install vista.

To clean up a registry fault like an installer error,

This file is meant to enable you install the program

And now it wont. You can simply clean up the installer

To the program you were trying to install and refresh your

Installation. Download  windows install clean up to

Clean up the installer in the registry, once you clean up

The file, try re-installing the program
