What I want to achieve is clearly using the style so that any user(with/without) windows 8 installed, Can see my application with windows 8 style. Is that possible.?Â

Yes you can do this, all you need to do is have the windows 8 transformation pack for windows 7 installed on your computer and you're all set. You can easily download this package in CNet's website. After downloading, just follow the procedures in installing and there are read me instructions for tutorial. Hope this works for you.Â
