Is Windows 7 virus free?

I heard that Windows 7 is virus-free. How much should I trust this? I am planning to buy Windows 7 but I'm really worried about virus problems.

Is Windows 7 virus free?

Dear Abdullah,

Windows 7 is the latest operating system made by Microsoft. Microsoft is trying their best to solve all the virus issues and Windows 7 was part of it. The security system of Windows 7 is good enough but none can say that there will not be any type of security issue. Microsoft’s operating systems are mostly used all over the world. That is why lots of intruders are trying to break the security. But Windows 7 was a break through for Microsoft as far as the security goes. Though it is not fully secured but I would definitely suggest you to use it. Just give it a shot!

Is Windows 7 virus free?

Hi Abdullah,

There is no way you can say that Windows 7 is virus free! I use windows 7 and have been fighting viruses since i bought it. what Windows 7 does is that it protects individual user accounts against infections. It has an advanced security software to ensure that once one user account is infected, the other remains clean. This is why you have to create multiple user accounts for your safety against viruses. However you have to buy an antivirus to protect your computer against malware and spyware.
