Hi techyv experts,

Windows 2003 Sp1 Certificate error.

When I enable the certificate service, I get the below error message.

Can any experts help me fix this issue.

Certificate Request Wizard

The wizard cannot be started because of one or more of the following conditions:

-There are no trusted certification authorities (CAs) available.

-You do not have the permissions to request certificates from the available CAs.

-The available CAs issue certificates for which you do not have permissions.

Thank you

Hello Saget,

Regarding the error that happened when you enabled the certificate service. It says that there is "no trusted certificates authority", "No permission to request certificate" and lastly "you do not have permissions".

The computer clearly states that you don't have the proper authority for the said service. Then I would like to clear things up. Are you running an administrator account? Is your program registered, licensed and legitimate?

If not, please log in using any administrator account to solve the problem. But if the program itself is not registered then please register or get the program licensed. For it needs a legitimate program to run such feature.

Hope this will solve the problem.
