Window could not configure one or more component

When I try to install the new operating system on my system and error comes that “Window could not configure one or more component”. I tried to update the system, but the error comes again. Restore the system, but the error does not go. I was unable to find the way to bypass it, please can you provide me the solution for it.

Window could not configure one or more component

It looks like the Access Control List for IIS Keys is incorrect. The RCA machine keys can be fine in the program data>crpto>Microsoft>Machinekeys.

Please follow the following procedure to solve the problem you need to do the same procedure otherwise problem will be remain.

Replace the keys with the following key try to copy pase the key as it will be accurate.

6de9cb26d2b98c01ec4e9e8b34824aa2_GUID      iisConfigurationKey

d6d986f09a1ee04e24c949879fdb506c_GUID      NetFrameworkConfigurationKey

76944fb33636aeddb9590521c2e8815a_GUID      iisWasKey

And the problem will be solved. 
And if the problem does not solve. Follow the second procedure.

The easiest way is to delete the file it will not create the problem if you delete it as it will create the new one automatically when you try to install the operating system again or try to upgrade the system. And problem will be solved.
