Why signature verification online cms failed and sometimes slow?

I have tried to use signature verification online cms but ended with two problems. First of all verification fails for some files. The next one takes long time to process. What is the problem? Do I need to install or set additional things? Please help me.

You do not need to install any software to use this website, all you need is a browser that meets the requirements of this service.
