I am getting “Disconnected” in my Outlook, and I cannot do any work. Why is outlook disconnected from the server? How to fix it? I have already tried restarting my PC.

Why Is Outlook Disconnected From The Server?

Check whether Outlook has been switched to offline mode. Follow the steps below –

1 – Click on the word “Disconnected.”

2 – A menu appears.

3 – Uncheck the Work Offline option.

This will solve your problem.

I hope your internet connection is operational. If not, fix your internet first.

If the problem persists, try to run Outlook in safe mode –

1 – Press Window key + R to open the run dialogue box.

2 – Type – outlook.exe/safe and hit enter.

3 – If the problem is solved, then you need to remove add-ins, which may cause a problem.

4 – Restart your PC.
