What is the problem between Internet Explorer and Yahoo mail account? When I sending a message, Internet Explorer 9 stops working. I never had any problems with other explorer editions.

Some websites you need to visit might be blank or may not display correctly in Internet Explorer 9. There are ways to have this issue resolve:

  • Use the Compatibility View feature
  • Turn off the Tracking Protection for the website
  • Turn off the Hardware acceleration
  • Disable all add-ons
  • Reset your IE settings
  • Scan for any malware
  • Install the latest updates for IE 9
  • Use software rendering and not the GPU rendering

For more help on how to use the Compatibility View just go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17472/windows-internet-explorer-11-fix-site-display-problems-compatibility-v

and

If you are having problems accessing the Yahoo! webmail site using your Windows Internet Explorer browser, try using the no add-ons version accessed via All Programs, Accessories, System Tools menu. This is actually not a different version of Windows Internet Explorer. It is the same version and same program that runs on your computer but running only with the “-extoff” switch. This switch, when used in Windows Internet Explorer, disables all installed add-ons or extensions.

Run this then open Yahoo! Mail and check if it opens successfully. If it doesn’t, try checking and installing the latest updates for Windows Internet Explorer 9. If this doesn’t work, try clearing the cookies on your web browser. In Windows Internet Explorer, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. In Delete Browsing History dialog box, make sure Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History are checked and “Preserve Favorites website data” unchecked.

Click Delete and then wait until it is finished. Open Yahoo! Mail again and see if it works. If the problem continues, use other browsers to open Yahoo! Mail. To try Opera, visit Opera for Computers. To try Mozilla Firefox, visit Firefox Free Download. To try Google Chrome, visit Chrome for PC.
