Why I get error code 2203 when I install Nokia PC Suite?

Hi,

I am using Nokia 3110 Classic mobile for the last two years and I use Nokia PC Suite 6.86.6.1.

Recently, I have downloaded the update of PC Suite software. After downloading when I install it, it shows, the "installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package".

This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is "2203". After that, it shows another window saying "Installation operation failed. Fatal error during installation".

I have tried to get a solution for this but still I can’t get a solution for it. If anyone has dealt with this problem before please help me?

Hi!

Error code =2203, this error code arises in case of user not being an administrator.

If you are not operating as administrator and then make sure that you  are logged in as administrator and install the PC Suite again.

If you are using windows 7 then even if you logged in as administrator you need to right click, select run as administrator.

Remember this code in general, as you may get the same error and always this error will be related to installer permissions which are not set correctly or corrupted.

Hi,

Internal Error 2203. This indicates that you must use the Windows user profile “Admin”.Try using MSconfig to your PC into diagnostic mode then try restarting the PC and this should work fine.If still no success try this.

It appears to be working on another program using the Windows Installer files.

Try using PC sync and then restart it and it should work fine.
