Why is feedback analyzer iPad App not working properly?

I have iPad and previously feedback analyzer iPad App was working properly but since iOS 5 up gradation it is not working properly. Does anybody know how to rectify this issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Why is feedback analyzer iPad App not working properly?

Hello Marie,

If the feedback analyzer started malfunctioning after you upgraded to iOS 5, then it is possible that the updated iOS version does not  support the feedback analyzer that you currently have. To resolve the issue, you will need to either:

• Downgrade the iOS 5.
• or update feedback analyzer to the one that is supported by iOS 5.

Why is feedback analyzer iPad App not working properly?

   Hi Marie,

If you are updating your iOS the first thing you need to do is take a back up. Otherwise you may not get all your data after the installation. After installation complete try to update you feedback Analyzer also. You can do this by clicking check for updates button. This will update your application and will work perfectly. The better and more efficient way is to take backup before installation and restore if you lost any data.
