Hi,
I did a factory reset on my tablet yesterday and after that, when I tried to boot, it shows black screen vibrates and powers off again.
It worked fine before I did the factory reset.Â
Can you help me please?

If you already have tried doing a factory reset and the result was undesirable, try doing a hard reset on your phone.

Turn off your phone then remove its battery from the compartment. Then put it back again after a while.

Press the Power button, Home, and Volume Up simultaneously until the Samsung Symbol appears. When the symbol appears, release the Power button.

The Boot Menu will appear on the screen. Press the Volume Up or Down button to navigate the menu and press Home to select.

Select Clear Storage.
Wait for the process to finish. Your phone will automatically reboot when the wipe is finished.
