I am interested in producing an animated movie, but i have no knowledge about which software is rated best to have produced the best anime fight movie.

There is a lot of software for video editing and animation its up to you what is best for you and for your desktop cause now a days lots of video editing software needs a high specks requirements.
If you got a good quality of desktop it is easy for you to choose which application you may use.
There are so many good quality software's, but the best one in which you can create your own cartoon characters is TOON BOOM STUDIO 4 and AFTER EFFECTS for further effects but it will cost u some money and if u want free then u can go for SYNFIG or PENCIL.
