Where is the neo geo cricket game online or for the pc?

I am looking for the neo geo cricket game to play online or on my PC is it available to purchase? Neo geo is a home console developed by SNK now known as AES (Advanced Entertainment System) however I was hoping there might be an online or PC version of the cricket game.
