Where is messenger section in my Yahoo! Mail

I have been using Yahoo! Mal since ages, its been life for me. But for some unfortunate reason I was unable access my Yahoo! for few months. Now I am unable to view my chat section in new Yahoo! Mai. Where I can find the messenger section in Yahoo!? It was very useful for me in the office, as this was the only medium for chat in our office. Life has become dull without it.

Hello,

How are you? The methods are:

Method 1 : You can clearly find Yahoo messenger when you enter into your yahoo mail that means sign in to our yahoo mail. You can find it on the left corner above the compose option. If you see all of the applications underneath the word “Yahoo Mail", you can clearly see a laughing symbol. This is the messenger section in your yahoo mail.

Method 2 : It is beside the notepad option.

If you didn't find the yahoo messenger at the left corner of your yahoo mail box, it means you are using Yahoo basic which has no feature of yahoo messenger. So you need to upgrade your Basic yahoomail to full featured Yahoo mail. There are the few steps how to upgrade Basic Yahoo mail to full featured Yahoo mail.

1) Click the ""Switch to the new Yahoo Mail"" in the right top corner.

2) Clear the cookies and cache

3) Restart the Web browser and click back to Yahoo mail

Hi… Yahoo messenger is a good service for chatting with friends. But sorry you face the problem. Few days before yahoo updated its functions and also its theme so if you was not updated then you would face the problem.

I will suggest you to download yahoo messenger and sign in to your account. Or you can find online friends in your mail contacts. Hope this will helps you a lot. But the better way is to download yahoo messenger.
