Where is the Knowledge Base in Microsoft Access located?

Hi guys.

I would like to read some articles about bug issues and other IT subjects about Microsoft products. Where is the Knowledge Base in Microsoft Access located? I'm using Windows XP 64 bit and Microsoft Access 2002. Thanks in advance.

Where is the Knowledge Base in Microsoft Access located?

Hello Samantha,

Knowledge base is a very important resource for any user whether s/he is a novice or an expert.

But sometimes one might face difficult to locate it. Here are the steps to follow ( if you are connected with internet ) :

1. Open MS Access

2. Press F1 or locate and click on the blue colored question (?) mark button. 

3. When access help appears, type your query on the search bar and press Enter

4. Select the 'Search' drop down menu

5. Click 'All Access'
