I want to organize some of my PDFs and was hoping if someone will suggest the best free PDF page organizer available there for windows 7 64 bit. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

It's really hard to find a PDF page organizer for free. FOXIT Advanced PDF Editor is a great tool for editing and organizing your PDFs documents.

You can also convert your PDF document into a word document and organize it as you desire. Following is a link to convert:
