If you are using 3ewebhosting.com for launching your website and have already purchased a new account. Then to open your account you should type a link as follows in the address bar of your browser:
http://ipaddressof your site/cpanel

here. You can use the domain name to log into CPanel only If your domain name is already pointed to HostGator.

You can find your username and password in the welcome email.

To access the Control Panel in your Windows 7 machine, you just click on Start; then click on the Control Panel. If you already have a Computer windows open, just go under Favorites, then click on Desktop, on the right where there are icons, Control Panel should be one of the options. Just double click on it and it should take you to the Control Panel. Â
Your Control Panel access may be disabled right now, that's why you can't access it. Go to Start and type regedit then press Enter. Look for this entry and click on it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer
Look for NoControlPanel and delete it. Close regedit and do a restart.

The DotNetPanel, simply supports the host to the web and server maintenance. Then try this step, you must login first to the Client Net and then click the My Service in the menu and the click the details icon on the right side and simply click the Login to the control Panel button from the icon. Just mechanically log-in you to your account.
