I need a software that offers support for some important features like GIF animation, professional color reduction, transparency and progressive display.

Can you please help me to find an internet graphics software? Is it possible to get it free?

The best would definitely be Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop isn’t just for editing pictures; it also has features like creating GIF animations, image slicing, and many more. Of course a product as great as this has a price. If you want to purchase it, go to http://www.pricegrabber.com/adobe-photoshop/products/

If you want a good program but doesn’t cost much, I suggest you purchase Xara Xtreme. It has several products available for you to choose from. You can download it at http://www.xara.com/us/products/
